Research shows that since wheat has been mass produced it is more difficult to digest and in many cases has detrimental effects on health both physical and psychological. After many years of suffering with digestive problems I came to realize that at the root of many of my problems was GLUTEN. This is true for many people who are oblivious to the painful effects this substance has on their bodies, nervous systems and minds. I hope that through this blog I can share my experience of converting to a gluten free diet and the amazing benefits of doing so. I am no-longer bloated and sluggish on a daily basis. My concentration levels have escalated exponentially and my immune system is slowly but noticeably improving month by month.
I believe that everyone can benefit from a gluten free diet but it is a difficult journey as it is contained in so many readily available food products. Every food outlet seems to stock this substance in abundance. The evidence is overwhelming and yet because it is so cheap and easy to grow it continues to be sold as a staple food coating and mixed in with all manner of food stuffs.
